One thing that we learned from this video is that cutting the sprouts in half actually helps reduce the bitterness. We’ve been cooking Brussels Sprouts for years and didn’t know this. We’ve cooked them both ways – whole and cut in half. I guess, from now on, we’ll be sure to cut them in half.
